We continue on Platform A, to learn about the founders of this settlement, from the Iron Age period.
And to learn about its origin, we go back to the first half of the 4th century BC, when the wall was built here:
The compartments against the wall were dwellings and work areas, with earthen floors, forges and fireplaces.
From this population we also know - through the ceramics found here - that they consumed fish preparations, wine and olive oil coming from other places. The bones of sheep, goats, cattle and deer found here bear witness to the practice of livestock farming and hunting. The seeds and the cossoiros - which were small weights used in looms - also show the cultivation of the land and the practice of weaving.
